Say Cheese ! Reach for a big slice of Cheese Pizza or bite on a giant cheese burger or have some cheese fondue ! Do whatever you like coz... coming up on Jan 20 is Cheese Day ! Ya know, when it comes to a cheese oozing pizza slice, I follow one and only ONE rule - Resistance is futile. You can do the same and don't forget to cook up a fun wish for your pals too !

I am ashamed. I'm an olde time cheese head, though I don't live in Wisconsin anymore. But I didn't know about Cheese Day. Somewhere along the line, my priorities have been skewed all out of whack.

I can't say I'm a big fan of cheese. I guess that is common amongst Chinese people! But I am thankful I'm not lactose intolerant.

Cheese Day? Obviously, there are many special emphases for every calendar day. Now I do like cheese, but it is filled with calories, and I'm onto my 15th day of my New Years diet. Have to stay away from the cheese. And, no, I am not good with moderation.

Thanks for reminding me of this important calendar event.
