Please forgive me if I did, trust me I'm not the one to scrutinize anyone :) And I do smoke occasionally--I know that sounds like complete BS but I quit about 8 years ago, 5 years into it I started having a few cigarettes when I'd go out with the girls--yes, I was single and there was usually alcohol involved I started allowing myself 2 per evening. Sometimes I smoked 2 sometimes I smoked none. I was never a person who needed a cig the minute I rolled out of bed or after every meal. I know with my health issues I should never smoke but I'll admit, there are times that I just can't deal with everything and I have a cigarette and then again I'll go weeks without one. Kind of weird huh? posted by: 69whisper (reply) post date: 01.04.07 (8:59 am) Just kidding my dear :) no apologies required. all i need is a smile on your face. good that you have oversome smoking. in my so many years of smoking i only quit it for 2 months (one month each time). But that was target quiting. Say i said to myself "i will start smoking again after 30 days exactly". and i achieved my targets on both occasions successfully. I just dont want to quit so far. Lets see ? may be in future? |
