Better memory is good but sometimes forgetfulness also helps in relaxing the brain muscles.
Browse through a book store or the public library.
Buy a back and neck massager and put it to good use.
Challenge yourself with a good crossword puzzle.
Close your eyes and think of a serene place. Visit that place in your mind's eye.
Close your eyes, breathe out the tension and stress. Feel them going out of your body. Take a glass of water and start sipping it as if you are being offered nectar from Heaven. It is a great relaxation exercise.
With your eyes closed try to imagine the breath going in and out of your nostrils for few minutes. Concentrate on your nostrils and the breath. It will enhance your work capability.
Construct or assemble something you would normally buy ready made.
Contentment is not the fulfilment of what you wish but the appreciation of what you already have.
Contentment is natural wealth, luxury is artificial poverty.
Contribute regularly to charity, God will bless you.
Do not anger easily -- Be forgiving.

Great advices :D I've tried some of those before, and will do another ones when I get stressed next time,

Anyway, doesn't shopping count? but when you're broke and go shopping, that would make you more stressed :P

JUST RELAX... i'm going to Kuching, Sarawak - East Malaysia for 4 days and 3 night with my family.... a holiday adventure...

for no. 1 i don't have to try i have such a poor memory that i just can't remember incidents.

for no.5 i m a day dreamer already

for no. 12 i can't help getting angered quit easily but i m very forgiving well thts wht frnds call me as i make enemies, the next day i will forgive them move on in life, i don't like taking burdens ahead.

for "saycheese" i just hope ur Husb wld have deeeeeep pockets, so tht the day ur in tension it wont happen that automatically he also goes into tension, just joking

haha, that's funny, but unfortunately, I now can spend only my own money only :o( don't have a 'husb' like you said. But I should find one soon, with deeeeeep pockets but I'll make holes in there (I would insist to do all the laundry...and then....)
